By accessing or using LuxRedo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuxRedo. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To list or purchase items, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Marketplace Services

LuxRedo provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned designer goods. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee items listed by sellers. All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers, though LuxRedo facilitates payments and certain dispute resolutions.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers agree to list only authentic designer items they own and have the right to sell. All listings must include accurate descriptions and clear photos. LuxRedo charges a 6% commission fee per transaction, plus a 4% credit card processing fee. Sellers are responsible for shipping sold items promptly and providing tracking information. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen goods, and items violating intellectual property rights.

5. Buyer Terms

Buyers are responsible for reading the item description carefully before making a purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated under LuxRedo’s Return Policy. Payment must be made through LuxRedo’s secure checkout system.

6. Fees & Payments

All fees are clearly stated before listing or purchasing. LuxRedo reserves the right to change fees with prior notice. Sellers receive payouts through the payment method linked to their account, typically within 3 business days after delivery confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes. List or sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items. Misrepresent yourself or your items. Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (except user-generated content) is owned by LuxRedo or its licensors. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.

9. Buyer & Seller Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution: Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate directly through LuxRedo’s messaging system to resolve disputes, such as non-receipt of an item, items not as described, or payment issues. Platform Review: If no resolution is reached within 3 business days, either party may request LuxRedo to step in by opening a case through the Resolution Center. Evidence Submission: Both parties must provide clear evidence (photos, tracking numbers, messages, receipts) within 5 business days of the case opening. Final Decision: LuxRedo will review all provided information and make a binding decision on refunds, returns, or payouts. Our decision is final. Refunds & Returns: If LuxRedo determines an item is not as described or is counterfeit, the buyer may be eligible for a full refund upon returning the item to the seller or to LuxRedo’s designated address. Failure to Comply: Failure to follow the dispute process or provide required evidence may result in loss of the case.

10. Limitation of Liability

LuxRedo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, except as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section. We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or safety of any item listed. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxRedo, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

LuxRedo may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
