Are all items authentic? Yes. Every seller on LuxRedo is required to list only genuine designer goods that they own and have the legal right to sell. We strictly prohibit counterfeit items. Any seller found listing fake or replica products will have their account permanently removed.

What kind of condition is accepted? We accept pre-owned luxury items in good, very good, or excellent condition — including new, never-used pieces. Items must be clean, fully functional, and free from major damage. Slight signs of wear are acceptable as long as they are clearly described and photographed in the listing.

What kind of brands are accepted? LuxRedo specializes in authentic, high-end designer brands such as: Chanel Hermès Louis Vuitton Gucci Prada Dior Bottega Veneta Cartier Tiffany & Co. And other globally recognized luxury designers. We do not accept fast fashion, non-designer, or unbranded items.

What type of payment is accepted? We accept secure payments via: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) Apple Pay Google Pay All transactions are processed through our secure checkout system.

How does selling on LuxRedo work? Create an account. List your item with accurate details and photos. When it sells, ship it directly to the buyer using tracked shipping. Receive your payout after delivery confirmation, minus our 6% seller fee and 4% credit card processing fee.

How long does it take to get paid? Seller payouts are typically sent within [insert timeframe] after the buyer confirms delivery.

Can I return an item I purchased? All sales are final unless the item is not as described or is found to be counterfeit. In such cases, our Dispute Resolution process will apply.
